T-1 day until the Soy and Tofu Festival! We’re very excited to see you all in the Japantown Peace Plaza tomorrow. Come by from 11am-5pm to enjoy great food, live performers, and more! GIVEAWAY TIME! Here’s a quick introduction of a few of our live performances for 2022: In honor of the return of the Soy and Tofu Festival, here’s a few throwbacks from previous years! WE'RE BACK!!! Happy new year to all soy and tofu fans. あけましておめでとうございます㊗️We wish you a healthy and safe start of the year. Did you know that soy sauce can also be used for desserts? Mitarashi dango, a traditional Japanese sweet sauce, uses a mildly sweet sauce on sweet rice balls 🍡 "dango".
